Very important question for you today…a pressing question which I am sure all of you have been contemplating for weeks since the “news” broke that king of music Jay Z and his wife superstar queen Beyonce and their daughter named Blue Ivy are moving to Los Angeles for good. Where will music royalty live in Los Angeles? Where will they live? Poor L.A. doesn’t have a professional football team and may not have the world class cultural landmarks that New York has…but now, L.A. is winning I think because Bey and Jay are here to stay?!? Right? (Or maybe we should consider getting a football team and more cultural landmarks…not sure…thinking on this…)
Anyhooo, the bad news is apparently poor Jay and Bey have had a time of it finding the perfect multi million dollar house and now according to reports, are forced to live in this $45 million dollar home I featured a few months ago on COCOCOZY…as a rental of all things…for a reported $150K per month until they find their dream house.
Well…not knowing their price range…or any real details about them…I decided I would take it upon myself to insert my opinion into the mix and help them out with a few options of houses here in the Los Angeles – multi million dollar mansions that would be fitting for pop culture “royalty”. Here goes.

The property has over 2.5 acres of usable land…perfect for additional structures should the Beyonces want to develop their own compound. Among the many amenities is an “elevator, a formal dining room that seats 20, a butler’s pantry, and state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen. Existing space ready for theater, wine cellar, gym, etc. plus 3,000 sq.ft. indoor entertainment area is ready for your final finishes. World-class 120-ft. If you had endless cash, fame and fortune, would you pick any of these homes as your full time place of residence? The only one that I might consider is the House #1 at this point – new construction to make my own. You?
You’re welcome Jay Z and Beyonce! Anytime you need someone to house hunt…I am available.
Happy Tuesday!

Not sure how to “warm” up 55 thousand square feet so it becomes a home. I guess I would pay someone to do that for me. At least they are in the sunshine!!
House #4is a dream! If only!!
