April 16, 2020
  • Share

Now that we are all staying safer at home, our focus has been on the home and home design. I spend a lot of time going back and forth to the kithcne these days getting snacks, planning meals, organizing the fridge etc. I now wish I could design my dream kitchen and use it right now. Ever find yourself dreaming about celebrity kitchens?  I sure have! Over the years I have run across so many incredible celebrity kitchens. Luxury interiors galore celebrities ofter work with incredible interior designers to craft the perfect space. Get ready for some of the best kitchen inspiration!

Anne Hathaway has such a charming quality to her that is classic, chic, and homey – her kitchen is a perfect match! This kitchen is insanely beautiful. From the color palette to the use of space it’s a beautiful meld. The oven is a work of art on its own and looks sensational with mint and copper paired next to it.

It’s not every day you see an all-black kitchen and I gotta say this space is working. The subtle additions of marble, gold, and the warm tile flooring keep this space alive. The matte black shelving looks amazing in contrast to the glossy black appliances. The addition of fruit and greeny adds the perfect pop of color into the space.

On to a completely different aesthetic, this woodsy kitchen is full of warmth and texture. The wood ceiling, wall, cabinets, and stools all work together perfectly. Black was the perfect color to pair with the wood tones within this space. This kitchen looks straight out of a luxury cabin! Plus who could forget about that marble countertop?

Next up is a kitchen that screams Parisian chic! The shelving is perfectly placed in between the windows to keep the space light and bright. The light fixtures add in the perfect dash of industrial while adding in a much-needed hint of black. The long wood dining room table is enviable!

The Stranger Things star completely gutted a downtown NYC loft and turned it into a light and earthy dreamland. I’m in awe of the cream-toned cabinets. Plus the gold accents and wood countertops add an amazing warmth. The green oven is completely unique and eye-catching.

Now, this kitchen is ultra-glam! Decked out in marbles and gold tones this kitchen is full of luxury. I love the marble island that continues down both sides. The small bar stools are minimal but work. The warm wood balances with the gold accents and keep this space from being too white.

Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba’s kitchen is pretty much just as I imagined. Chic, flirty, glamorous, and a tad mysterious. The teal cabinets look sensational with the black accents and white tile backdrop. The marble and wood island is absolutely divine! The gold sink also adds a nice dash of shine.

Now we are onto a sleek, minimal, and dark-toned kitchen. The stainless steel backsplash, countertops, and handles make this space feel industrial. The wood cabinets really add to the sleek feeling and provide shape.

Liv Tyler

Liv Tyler’s kitchen is dreamy and feminine with a dark flair. I love the contrast between the dark cabinets and white marble countertops. The slight white accents on the cabinets are what make it work. The mix of open shelving and cabinets are refreshing. The hints of copper are the perfect addition.

There’s no argument that we all love this duo and their Los Angeles home doesn’t disappoint. The vaulted ceiling and wood beams create the perfect architectural backdrop. The warm wood cabinets are smooth and sleek and paired beautifully with dark countertops and flooring.

This fan-favorite actor has a homey and family inspired kitchen that is still packed with glamour. The dark cabinets are beautifully framed by a white backdrop and white cabinets. The gold knobs and sterling silver appliances give off a beautiful shine. I love the table that doubles as an island.

Cara Delevingne

Who could imagine this top model and actor would have such a light and bright kitchen. The white cabinets have beautiful detailing and the marble countertops are stunning. I love that the marble continues as the backsplash. The window, fruit, and homeware pack in the perfect pops are color.

Kris Jenner

Momager Kris Jenner has a minimal and chic kitchen. This space is meant for entertaining! The dark cabinet and ceiling height stove cover show off the high ceilings in this space. I love the tall marble backsplash and island. That marble pattern is beautiful! Those stools are the perfectly solution for causal meets glam.

Keep it simple. No need for bells and whistles an Keep it simple. No need for bells and whistles and fancy things to make your house a home. In this picture, a plant, two chairs I found at the flea market, a layered rug situation and some modern art...de-cluttered space can be equally as inviting as one filled with memories and treasures. If you are stuck with how to decorate, I say keep it simple. Purge and start with the basics. Full disclosure, this is a shot of my living room from a few years ago when I first moved in...I didn’t even have drapes up when this was taken. I have since added pieces and changed out furniture and added a 2nd sofa...but it started super simple and it was lovely back then. When the world is swirling around us and making no sense, how are you keeping things simple at home? #socococozy #bringstylehome #cococozy
Pre-pandemic throw back photo to where I was last Pre-pandemic throw back photo to where I was last year. Clueless as to what was to come. Was in Paris, with my mom, enjoying her summer apartment in the middle of the 6th arrondissement. I had just left the U.K. visiting friends for a few days in London and the Cotswolds. None of us knew that this summer 2020 would be so different. Today, I can only hope this time of tumult and great divides leads somehow to a future of calm and harmony. Going backwards in time is not an option. Pushing forward is. Happy Sunday to you. Where were you last summer? Where do you imagine you’ll be next? Xoxo #socococozy #bringstylehome
Incredible living room before and after as designe Incredible living room before and after as designed by my good friend Steve Jones @bettershelter! I went on a tour today. I also went on a tour a year ago when he first got the house. See my stories. Swipe to see what this room looked like before. Life lesson from a room transformation: When faced with the daunting and not so pretty, look to do the work, and you can make changes to bring out what is good. Right? This home by the way is going on the market soon and is in one of my favorite parts of town, View Park. What changes have you made lately that have turned bad into good? #socococozy #bringstylehome #remodeling #homerenovation #californiadreaming

Am in my living room right now looking at these pretty flowers in that white urn I found lying around. The urn works (see Flower Power highlights for backstory). Thinking on who I might send one of these bouquets to today as a little act of kindness. Still working on the patience piece of her advice! 🤪 Who might you send flowers to? How can you be more patient with yourself? Happy Saturday!
