Hi there, this is DS guest posting today! Last night I attended a little soiree put on by some awesome companies in the wedding industry and there were so many AMAZING cocktail dresses I was inspired to share a few of my favorites for today’s Once Over! One girl in particular had the entire look pulled together, the floral patterned dress, the tan shoes, the loosely curled hair pulled back to one side…come to find out she is a fabulous hair dresser in LA so it makes sense that her style was on point. I noticed quite a few women boldly wearing colors and prints instead of the traditional black cocktail dress and I loved it. Now that we’re officially in spring, I say let’s embrace the change of season and a new color palette with some bright cocktail dresses!

Whether you have a specific occasion in mind or just need to add a new piece to the wardrobe, we are the biggest supporter of trying a new color or pattern to mix things up!
Add a clutch and heels to complete the look! Right now I’m all about Clare V.’s blush foldover clutch.
Share your favorite cocktail looks with us!
