CHEAP TO CHIC: LINEAR CRYSTAL CHANDELIER!

A few months ago was wandering through DWR and took some pictures of things including these linear chandeliers. On that Saturday afternoon, I actually took about 25 pictures of these bejeweled looking chandeliers because I was fascinated with the way the light danced off the crystals. Hence this post.

I really like the sparkle and the simplicity combined in one. A wonderful modern chandeliers with the crystals adding a very feminine classic touch.

Incidentally, the ever sparkling JLF has one in her dining room. She recently flashed a sparkling smile as I toured her posh new home and said that she had upgraded to a linear chandelier with Swarovski crystals – if you are going to glitter why not gleam with the best!

So here is today’s Cococozy CHEAP TO CHIC on linear chandeliers:

Linear crystal chandelier from Pure Modern
Pure Modern – Krystelle Linear Chandelier – $303.75(48″W tube steel with chrome finish body and hanging crystals. Takes 25 Watt candelabra bulbs)(above)

Linear crystal chandelier from Z Gallerie
Z Gallerie – Linear Strand Crystal Chandelier – $329 (At 47″ wide, this chandelier deflects the light of nine bulbs through numerous shapes and sizes of full leaded, faceted crystal. The crystals can be re-arranged simply by shifting them from groove to groove along the aluminum rod. The design is anchored by a clear cord, flanked by two thin steel cables)(above)

Linear crystal chandelier from Design Within Reach with Swarovski crystal pendants
DWR – Cellula Chandelier -$2200 orig., on sale for $1980 (Adorned with Swarovski® crystal pendants, the Cellula (1996) design refracts the light of nine bulbs through numerous shapes and sizes of full leaded, faceted crystal. Over a century old, Swarovski is the leader in precision-cut crystal, which has a much higher refractive index than standard glass, resulting in a more sparkling illumination.) From the limestone fireplace in the living room to the informal dining space, a peek into the scullery, and finally the kitchen where the island becomes the heart of it all, every space flows effortlessly into the next.
Thoughtful design. Beautiful light. A layout that truly works. ❤️
This is what a dream home looks like when vision and craftsmanship come together.

Part 2 - Marathon. So as the saying goes, “if at Part 2 - Marathon. So as the saying goes, “if at first you don’t succeed, try try again.” I will run a marathon. I will hit the road again, train again and I will run. Watch me. Last Sunday, however, wasn’t my marathon day...
I made the best of it nonetheless. If I couldn’t run, I was certainly going to be part of LA spirit and cheer the runners on.
As many may know, I was supposed to be running the Los Angeles Marathon last weekend. After 14 weeks of training and finishing my 19 mile run, I strained a muscle. I went to physical therapy every other day hoping I could still run, but the pain was still there the day before the marathon so I had to call it.
But an injury didn’t stop me from being there. I showed up to Rodeo Drive anyway.
I watched the elite runners fly by, tracked friends, and ended up cheering for three hours. Fast runners, struggling runners, and the later runners still grinding it out.
A friend texted saying she knew the day must have been hard for me. But honestly, it wasn’t. It was just fun, inspiring, and electric.
I will be on the road soon...running a race! Can’t wait!
Design starts underfoot. From checkerboard marble Design starts underfoot. From checkerboard marble to warm brick and classic parquet, these floors do more than ground a space. They bring texture, history, and character into the room. 🏁😍

A bedroom that feels like stepping into a story. A bedroom that feels like stepping into a story.
This stunning space is a beautiful example of timeless design. The canopy bed, scenic mural walls, and soft layers of green and blue create a room that feels both elegant and serene. ✨
Rich wood tones, classic antiques, and cozy textures add warmth, proving that traditional interiors can feel elevated yet deeply inviting.
