An x-bench or an x-stool is classic living room, great room, den or lounge seating that has been embraced in a modern way by the interior design and home decor retailers.

Everywhere you go to shop for home furnishings, small stools with crossed legs are accenting furniture displays.

I think almost any living room could feature two of these small stools side by side in a fun textured fabric or wild print. I like the ones with shiny chrome legs…or in the case of one below…white gold gilt legs will do!
