I REALLY like this bed. Haven’t done a DESIGN ON SALE DAILY in ages…but this one is definitely worth it. Can imagine this bed in a room with nice high ceilings, simple crisp white bedding, rustic wood bed side tables, a wonderful upholstered colorful turquoise bench at the end and a great sisal rug underneath. I want this.

I was just looking through the west elm catalog last night 😉 It does suit your fabrics well! I’d love to see a box spring underneath it to give it more height though. Your fabric would look fantastic as a bench at the bottom of the bed too. You could get risky with that headboard in more ways than one….
Funny, I just sold my canopy bed that I hated for a low profile bed… but this canopy bed I love!

I saw this bed in the West Elm in Charlotte when it was first introduced and thought it was amazing. I know it doesn’t seem like it from the picture but the bed is sitting at a normal bed height. It isn’t low at all with only the mattress on it. This bed looks really, really good in person. If you’re thinking about getting it… you totally should! 🙂
