I like this new line of fanciful finials from Hillary Thomas Designs. Perfect for topping of that lamp that needs a little help or for putting the finishing touch on your favorite lighting. They range in price from $45-100 but this limited edition batch goes on sale on One Kings Lane tomorrow for $29-77.

Today is my birthday but...I don’t want to celeb Today is my birthday but...I don’t want to celebrate...I want to help. I want to make a meaningful impact in our greater Los Angeles community suffering from the fires. I invite you to join me in transforming birthday wishes into support for one local organization on the ground in Pasadena/Altadena. I have made a contribution today already to the LA Fire Relief Fund created by @victorybiblechurch in Pasadena. They are actively assisting families in need in both Pasadena and Altadena who have been affected by the devastating Eaton Fire. Although I don't have a personal connection to Pastor DeCuir or the church, I was searching for an organization that is helping in the Altadena area. A well respected civil rights attorney I follow @leemerrittesq is on the ground helping the church members and community members with legal services in the wake of the fires. Happy New Year! 🎉✨ As we step into this fresh Happy New Year! 🎉✨ As we step into this fresh chapter, I’m reminded of the beauty of starting anew and I like recommitting to goals at the top of the year. Nothing set in stone but just an overall vision of what I'd like to do and who I would hope to help along the way. This year, my mantra is: **dream big, act boldly, treasure the small joys, continue to lead with kindness and to have as much empathy as possible for others **.
