Fresh. Need I say more about this cozy living room? I can’t help myself though…I must say a bit more because, as you know, I have a bit of OSS (Over Sharing Syndrome – a term coined by me and my college friends).
Neutral Living Room Color Palette
I love the neutral color palette or white, the black trimmed windows and doors, the natural jute or seagrass rug, and most of all I love the striped accessories – pillows, throws, and all. There I said more.
The Black Trim Windows
Black windows are necessary when you want to create a dramatic contrast. There are many different materials that can give you the black trim design including wood, steel, and aluminum.
The living room design features a white loveseat with different colored striped throw pillows. The room features a lot of mixed materials and decor pieces to add texture. The rattan tray adds a coastal style to the room. The black wooden stool is used as a side table.

Thanks for this. I was just debating my slipcover choices for a chair we are having done. I was leaning towards white but…liked a pattern or gray twill also so…White it is! I can always color/texture it up with pillows right?
Too much white for me but I like the rest. Love the rug, tray and the black side table.
