As many of you know, several years ago, I debuted a rug collection in conjunction with Capel Rugs, America’s oldest rug company. I design the rugs and then they manufacture them. It has been such a fun journey getting to see my designs realized in a full rug collection.
My first collection with Capel was super high end with some rugs being priced around $5700. Beautiful, hand knotted Indo-Tibetan rugs in a New Zealand wool. See here and here to see those.
Now with the new Tower Court collection, I wanted a rug that could be used outdoor and indoors. Versatile and good looking. Something my friends with kids could use and not be worried about damaging. And price was an issue. I wanted rugs that were accessible to more people. So I am proud to say these new Tower Court rugs range in price from $160-350.
The photos you see here are from last November, just before I sold my little tiny cottage in the Hollywood Hills. Capel Rugs sent me a few of my collection to preview…I decided to style this rug on my deck…in an outdoor living room. Love this. These photos make me miss my little house ever so slightly!!! Note to self: Find a new house to purchase so you can put Tower Court rugs all over it!
Thank you Capel Rugs for making my rug dreams come true! 🙂
Readers, where might you use a rug like this? See it working in your home?

Where did the furniture come from? Love it and the rugs!
Kelly,
The furniture is old Brown and Jordan outdoor furniture I bought years and years ago. Thank you re: rug. I love this one too!
