How much summer can you fit into a few days? ☀️⛵️How much summer can you fit into a few days? ☀️⛵️ I flew from Los Angeles to Nantucket for a very quick trip and I’m planning to find out. Beautiful beaches, boats, gorgeous interiors, time with friends and one last little dose of August. Turns out you don’t always need a whole week to feel like you got away. 🤍 So happy to be visiting bestie @francesgfayard and her husband Calvin and my godson Carter for a little last minute end of summer travel. New England at its best. Day 1 was a beautiful day. 🤩
You are not going to feel motivated every day. AndYou are not going to feel motivated every day. And you don’t have to. Some days you’ll feel inspired and everything seems to click. Other days, you’ll question what you’re doing and wonder if any of it is actually working. The important thing is not to mistake a slow day for a step backward. You can keep going even when the motivation isn’t there. Some days, showing up is the progress. So today, I took my work somewhere else. ☕️💻 A little change of scenery, a different view, a few hours away from my usual desk and somehow the workday felt a little lighter. I’ve found that working somewhere else can be a nice reset when I’m feeling stuck, uninspired, or just too used to the same routine. It’s not necessarily about being more productive; sometimes it’s just about making the day feel different.
