A photo of poured milk is transformed into a wallpaper milk mural and feature wall in a modern bedroom. Opaque white teardrop pendants, a contemporary cloud-like bed and a sleek white three-drawer side table compliment the milky white decor in this room. (above)
Okay…long story short (for once…usually I make a short story long) on how I came about these photos. I saw on Facebook (the center of the world) that fab interior designer Ghislaine Vinas was doing a photo shoot on a project with talented photographer Hallie Burton. I went to Hallie’s site and was enchanted by her work…in particular these three photos! There. Story over. Can you believe? I must be able to drag this out in some way? Hmmmm…? Could I be evolving into a succinct person? A woman of few words? Answer: No.
Anyhoooooooo…back to these rooms. All are cool, fresh, modern, chic and have an element of whimsy and playfulness to them. Love!
Breakfast nook dining area with a banquette, a cool round white table and chairs and a simple but impressive piece of art that simply says “Work Hard Work Hard” in white script on a bold blue background. (above)
A crisp white living room designed by Ghislaine Vinas with awesome wrap around windows. The room is bathed in a wonderful diffused soft light thanks to some sheer window coverings and gets a punch of color with some amazing modern chairs! (above)
Which of these rooms is your favorite?
Happy Friday!

She and her husband are in their 30s. They think their dining room looks too old. Please let’s all give Liz some ideas for this room. See picture on Facebook. While you are there on the COCOCOZY FACEBOOK page, remember to “Suggest to Friends” so we can reach 1000 fans and have a special giveaway.
Now, that dining room has exactly the kind of chandelier we’ve been looking for! Where to find it??
Love those orange chairs! I’m pretty sure they are from Eurway. If not, Eurway has some exactly like that. We wanted one for our nursery. =)
Good combination of information and pictures.
