Hope you take the time to relax this weekend. I love this photo…three rocking chairs on a sun porch…overlooking a gorgeous sunny yard. I love the idea of a porch…and I love a great rocking chair. (Do I sound like I am 90? Can’t help it though I do like rocking chairs and porches!)
The sun is finally out today…literally and figuratively speaking. We’ve had days and days of rain here in California…when I woke up this morning, all of the clouds were gone and the sky was bright. After a crazy couple of weeks in weather and some personal challenges, it is definitely time to take a break, time to enjoy the beautiful day, time to relax!

We have been experiencing the same cloudy, days but our precipitation has been snow and tons of it. I was so happy to wake up to blue skies.

Hi Coco, I am in the Silicon Valley, and I am so tired of the rain. I know we need it (our lake is SO low it’s sad), as it makes all the hills green and gives us plenty of water for the summer, but I’m such a fair-weathered girl that anymore than a week of it at a time and I’m ready to hop a plane for somewhere completely warm and dry. That and the fact that our crawl space flooded yesterday and we are in for thousands of dollars of damages has me ready for a vacation! :p Keep dry and brace yourself because more rain is on the way!
