Back by popular demand…or at least by the demand of one of my COCOCOZY Instagram followers, KK, who asked to see more luxury homes on COCOCOZY and said she missed my weekly chronicling of expensive real estate listings …so today, per KK’s request, I bring you a $100 million dollar Cannes castle.
This luxury multi million dollar home is actually a French chateau. A dream home for sure. I have been to Paris a million times but have not been to the south of France. A visit to the French Riviera is definitely on my to do list. Maybe I would stop in to tour this fabulous home with an ocean view.
The name of this castle is Chateau La Croix des Gardes. It was built in 1919 by a Swiss gentleman named Paul Girod.
The home features 13 bedrooms, 9 bathroom, in 13,000 square feet and sits on 24 acres. Wow. The home is listed by Sotheby’s International Realty of course!
There is of course a tennis court and an amazing infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
The house was featured in the classic movie To Catch A Thief starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly – it was the home named the Sanford Villa in the film.
Maybe I would take
Okay. I would love love love to visit this castle! I would buy myself a ticket to the South of France and get me in! Then I would start thinking about how I might decorate!!!

P.S. Good and busy weekend this past one. Spent yesterday with COCOCOZY social media guru VS working on a little project involving a lot of pretty flowers and a lot of potting soil! More to come on that.
