Did You Know That Cutting Boards and Serving Boards Can Be Used as Decor?

The serving boards that are worth the splurge are ones that can be put on display. Interior designers love to layer different shapes and sizes against the backsplashes in the kitchen. They can even be styled on coffee tables in living rooms. Add coffee table books, candles, and other accent pieces for a cozy layered look. Do you have an empty wall in your kitchen? add hooks to hang your collection of cutting boards.

How To Store Cutting Boards & Serveware?

It’s important to store cutting boards where they are easily accessible. You never know when you might need to host someone. Cutting boards can be stored in cabinets in your kitchen or hidden in media consoles. Some people even store them with cookbooks and other home accessories. If you have a large pantry, clear an area of your shelves and stack your boards. A pro tip is to put them on display. Some boards are too beautiful to keep hidden.

The Mute. 220 sqm of Haussmannian light in eastern The Mute. 220 sqm of Haussmannian light in eastern Paris, dressed entirely in white.
Old-world plasterwork meets contemporary furniture, and warm brown-stained wood quietly anchors every room. A conversation between heritage and modernity that never raises its voice. By @atelierdaaa 🤍

Did you know one Sunday a month, the Champs-ÉlyséeDid you know one Sunday a month, the Champs-Élysées closes to traffic entirely?
No cars. Just people, walking straight down the center with the Arc de Triomphe ahead. Then I walked home over The Seine. It had just rained, and the sky was doing something extraordinary. And of course, the Eiffel Tower showed up right on cue.
Paris on a quiet Sunday is something else. 🖤

This St Germain apartment, designed by Félix Millo This St Germain apartment, designed by Félix Millory @felixmillory , is defined by two things: a tightly controlled material palette and a sculptural art collection that runs through every room without exception.
Travertine frames every doorway. Dark smoked oak covers the joinery and cabinetry. Grey marble runs across the kitchen counters and island. Within that framework, figurative sculptures on the shelves, a large totemic piece at the entrance, stone forms on the dining table, a large-format artwork in the kitchen. Every room has at least one object that demands your attention. 🗿
→ Save this if you’re designing around a sculpture collection.
