$20 MILLION DOLLAR ESTATES FOR SALE – SEE THIS HOUSE

February 19, 2014

Sasco Hill Road home in Connecticut has ocean

Don’t ask me why I started looking at $20 to $21 million dollar homes the other day!  So out of my price range at this point!  I was musing though if I wanted to buy an expensive house and had the resources…what exactly could I buy.  I would like to say…there are not a ton of homes out there in the 20 million dollar range if you can believe it!

Here are a few for you to consider if you are shopping! 🙂

1. SASCO HILL ROAD, FAIRFIELD CONNECTICUT – $21 million (below)

Scandinavian inspired architecture gives this mansion a distinct look (above)

A 17,000 square foot home right on Long Island sound in Southport Connecticut features 6 bedrooms and 10 baths on the market for $21 million.

For full Sasco Hill listing click here.

2. VILLA SEVILLANO, SANTA BARBARA COUNTy’ – $21.5 million (below)

A 10,375 square foot Italian style villa located in Carpinteria, California features 6 bedrooms and 9.5 baths on 22 acres all for the price of $21.5 million.  It looks like someone has this house in escrow/under contract!

For full Villa Sevillano listing click here.

3. LINDEN COURT, GREENWWICH, CT – $20 million (below)

For a mere $20 million, there is this 1929 built Greenwich Connecticut estate.  It has 8 bedrooms, 11 baths in 13,000+ square feet sitting on 5.1 acres in one of the toniest towns in America.

For full Linden Court listing click here.

4. ORANGE STREET< NANTUCKET, MA – $20 million (below)

A $20 million dollar home in Nantucket built in 1823 sits atop a hill overlooking the harbor and town. Classic Nantucket architecture with 8 bedrooms and 10 baths.

For full Nantucket listing click here.

Let’s see.  I think my favorite is #1…the Sasco Hill Road home.

Please weigh in and let me know your favorite.  Click comments below!

Happy Wednesday!

Sasco, and I’d take Nantucket if it was a gift. 🙂

Classic moldings, soft light, and that perfect mix of old and modern pieces. It all just works.

A masterclass in contemporary wedding event designA masterclass in contemporary wedding event design, every detail feels intentional, layered, and deeply personal.
Designed by @bychenai, a prolific and talented London based wedding and events planner, this wedding is a study in thoughtful design and artful creative direction. We say well done Chenai!
Long tables arranged in a maze-like formation created a striking design, while still allowing 350 guests to move throughout the space. A rich brown and gold palette brought warmth and depth, paired with refined tabletops and lush floral centerpieces.
