Happy Monday!  Hope you all had a great weekend.  I certainly did.  Lots of fun dining out and very productive on other fronts.

For the blog, today, I thought it would be fun to kick off with a $35 million dollar Beverly Hills mansion tour.  Why not?  Right?    In today’s See This House, I bring you a $35 million dollar Beverly Hills mansion.  This one has its own vineyard!  Curious?  Take a tour…

The house is listed by Mauricio Umansky from The Agency.  Here is how their website describes it:

“Settled on nearly four acres, minutes from the heart of Beverly Hills, this exquisite French contemporary estate, designed by renowned architect Richard Landry, has just completed an extensive renovation. With nearly 10,000 square feet of living space, this spectacular home is made for entertaining, with grand-scale interiors boasting high ceilings, contemporary fixtures, statuary white marble finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows offering abundant natural light throughout. Spacious rooms for owners and guests are welcoming and luxe, including a professional chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, great room, library with bar, big-screen theater and a 300-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar. A winding staircase leads to a second story of ensuite bedrooms, as well as the master suite, a secluded retreat with dual walk-in closets and baths, in-room bar, fireplace and private terrace for ultimate rest and relaxation. French doors open to sprawling grounds, complete with rolling lawns, expansive pool terrace, spa, stunning fireplace, outdoor kitchen, plush built-in seating shaded by a veranda, mini golf course, professionally-lit tennis court and a private vineyard overlooking majestic views of the city, ocean and mountains. Reminiscent of a private Tuscan hideaway, this elegant home offers an escape from the bustling city of Los Angeles.”

So, another multimillion dollar house tour…and my question to you is…if money was not an issue, would you take this home or leave it?

That is always a hard question for me because if money were not an issue, I would buy an old chateau in Europe and remodel it or I would look for a beautiful Spanish villa here in Los Angeles and customize it!  That being said, if my option was to take it or leave it…sure I would take this one.  I like the vineyard and the kitchen!

It started with an invitation. I met @hugobesnier_ It started with an invitation. I met @hugobesnier_ , founder and designer of luxury furniture brand @hartisparis_ at a small gathering in the 7ème, near the Musée d’Orsay. I was there with my new friends, Scarlette and Sarah.
The apartment itself was incredible! Tall ceilings, terrazzo floors, right along the Seine, but what really stood out was the furniture.
Turns out, it was Hugo's exquisite work.
The pieces are designed around everyday gestures: sitting, leaning, resting, but interpreted in a way that feels elevated and intentional. There’s a balance of structure and softness, where architectural lines meet more organic textures and forms.
He invited me back the next day to see everything more clearly, outside of the party setting, and it completely changed how I experienced it. The pieces feel intentional and refined, with a strong focus on material and form.
Sharing a closer look at his work here.
