Multi Million Dollar Listing Week continues here on COCOCOZY. Today we jaunt down to a posh Florida neighborhood for this Palm Beach home tour of an Italian style oceanfront villa.
The home is 100 Casa Bendita, small street filled with million dollar homes. Over 10,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Although the home, crafted from limestone with a red tile roof, looks like it is a historical monument built years ago, it was actually completed in 1998 and designed by architect Jeffrey W. Smith of Smith Architectural Group.
Comes complete with a great room (main living room) designed and crafted in London, ocean view outdoor loggia, pool, exercise room, guest suites, staff quarters all on 93 acres.
Baroque, Italianate, Mediterranean and a whole host of other genres and cultural references seem to be infused into the decor and architecture.
For a little design inspiration, check out the powder room where they used a stone fountain and tile wall for the sink basin and backsplash!
What do you think…would you take this Palm Beach home or leave it?
Happy Wednesday!
