How to Celebrate?
President Biden recognized Juneteenth as a federal holiday by signing the bill in 2021. Now people are celebrating the holiday all over America. The National Museum of African American History and Culture is hosting events to help educate and share historical stories of African American ancestors. CNN will also be broadcasting a marquee event: Juneteenth: A Global Celebration for Freedom starting at 8pm EST.
