Everyone I know has been talking about making their annual pumpkin pie recipe for Thanksgiving. My neighbor JH just rattled off a list to me of everything she was making for Thanksgiving including her pumpkin pie recipe. One pumpkin pie take that as stood out to me, was my work colleague KS who talked about a delicious pumpkin pie he is making for Thanksgiving dinner with his family. The big debate in our office is whether he should go with the traditional graham cracker crust or throw in some gingersnaps to the mix. I vote for the classic graham cracker crust. He was talking about lime zest and other fancy ingredients. But all he needs are the basics to make anything pumpkin and cheesecake taste good…that conversation inspired today’s round up of top 5 pumpkin cheesecake recipes just in time for the holiday season…don’t these just make you hungry looking at them?!
