Listed at $6.8 million dollars and sitting right on the Intracoastal Waterway in Lantana Florida, is this beautiful contemporary home. This Palm Beach County home oozes an island Bahamian feel. Bright white, pitched ceilings, 6 bedrooms, 7 baths in over 6000 square feet with wonderful water views. A contemporary home with plenty of charm! Of course, the interiors are unreal, but the key here is the outdoor spaces with a pool and its own dock. Seems like in the world of million dollar listings, this one is a steal!
Never thought of moving to Palm Beach area or to Florida for that matter but this home has me thinking!
Elevated Palm Beach Pool
Tucked beneath the tower of palm trees is the perfect pool! The lush green grass compared to the dark tile in the water is breathtaking. I imagine lounging out here with a good book and wasting the day. Here, relaxation obviously takes the center stage. This area was designed to be an oasis. The pool invites you to sink in and forget all your worries!
Pitched Ceiling Living Room
When on the coast, nothing is more inviting than a bright white room! The pitched ceilings really elevate the space – making the room feel larger than life. I love the light hardwood floors, as they really accent the coastal vibes of the space. The floors, paired with the white furniture and walls, allows this living room to breathe. The triple set of french doors leading to the balcony is the perfect place to take in the coastal views! As always, I’m obsessed!
Chic Master
This master bedroom is simplicity at its finest. The light hardwood carries into this room, and throughout the house creating a cohesive space. The black trimmed bedding gives a vacation feel – I mean this bed just looks lush! I love the artwork above the bed frame, especially that center piece of Marilyn Monroe in color. The accessories in this space are limited, but I like the clean nature of this room!
Cozy Breakfast Nook
Imagine waking up and making breakfast next to those french doors! This cozy breakfast nook is one of my favorite parts of this Palm Beach home, well besides the pool. The wood paneled cabinets bring that classic Palm Beach feel to this rather contemporary home. When paired with the modern elements and appliances, it’s like a beach homeowner’s dream! I love the shutters by the glossy kitchen table, it allows for natural light and privacy in one. Talk about perfection!
Dreamy Guest House
This guest house is clean, modern, and somehow still filled with personality. The zebra rug is a great focal point for the entryway to the bedroom. It perfectly blends these two spaces together. I think the rustic vibe of the guest house allows for it to be a separate spot than the main home. Of course, the hardwood and white color scheme carry into this space, but I cannot get enough of the juxtaposition between the two. It’s refreshing, fun, and innovative!
