Today is giveaway day here on COCOCOZY! Woot woot! Hip hip hooorah!
So as promised…today, I am doing my first ever giveaway from my own COCOCOZY home furnishings collection. My way of saying thank you for following along on the blog.
I will give away a total of two (2) COCOCOZY Logo Throws. I will let the winners chose color depending on availability (the Logo throws are popular so it is hard to keep all colors in stock).
How to enter…two easy steps:
Step 1. Please follow me over on COCOCOZY Pinterest; (if you are already following me there, you’ve got Step 1 covered)
Step 2. Leave a comment here on this post just saying how you might use a COCOCOZY throw this summer (i.e. in your living room, as a picnic or beach blanket, in a bedroom, give it away to a friend etc)! Make sure to leave some kind of contact information like an email address so I can get in touch with you.
Deadline: Enter by noon Pacific Standard Time on 6/13/12 (tomorrow).
I will read all comments tomorrow night and select two winners and announce the winners on Thursday!

In my giving spirit, as promised, I have also made a donation to a local charity here in Los Angeles called A Place Called Home this morning. This is a wonderful organization that provides an after school venue for kids who wouldn’t otherwise have any place to go after school. They offer study areas, food, classes, recreation and more to kids in need. I love this charity. I’ve toured the APCH campus and really they do a great job for kids who really need a place to call home after school.
So today is my day of giving…for no reason…just because I feel very thankful and want to give back!

I am a HUGE fan of the COCOCOZY signature design for this throw. I absolutely love the mixture of traditional pieces (i.e all white bedding or a light colored couch) that has a textile pop! I applaud the jump into design with your beautiful textiles. I have been in Christin Mosso’s showroom and have now been able to see them in person. Would love to have your throw at the beach. I don’t think the CocoCozy would get much “fold-time”. My husband is..uh, frugal..except when it comes to the central air; it’s like a meat locker in our house and I’m either wearing a sweatshirt and furry socks or finding a blanket to cover up with. I’d keep it right on my computer chair which just happens to be next to the vent in the dining room; warm and toasty for me!

I would use my new throw in my new house that I am moving into next Thursday. Yup, I am moving from lovely Chicago to…NW Arkansas. Very excited about redecorating the overwhelming amount of space in our new place. This throw would be a great starting point and source of inspiration for me. I love your site! I live in Seattle in a condo near the water that has no insulation- and is FREEZING all year. I’ve had this cushy couch that I have inherited from my parents. I still remember when my mom and dad first brought it into the house when I was little, and I thought it was so uncomfortable with its stiff woven fabric. But now, over 15 years later, it’s worn with age and has become my treasured heirloom. My daughter Grace is 11 years old. She’s giving up a piece of her room so that we can make a hallway and give her and us a little more privacy. She’s being a good sport about the whole thing which isn’t easy for a 6th grader. Her enthusiasm dimmed yesterday when she saw exactly how small her new room was going to be. I promised her we’d make her new room a beautiful space in spite of it’s diminished size. Even at 11, it’s easy to see how her environment soothes or tweaks her disposition. The COCOCOZY throw would not only be a statement on her bed – but it would be the inspiration piece for the entire room. She began with a ceramic deer head that’s she’s planning to hang on the wall; “Oh Mom” she gasped at the store “It’s perfect, I can hang my necklaces off it’s antlers!” . And secondly, if I were to win the throw, I would have you send to a dear woman named May Singleton, who ran a restaurant for me when I talked her into it when she was in her 70s. My boyfriend and I just bought a home in Sarasota, FL for 37k… Not a typo.. $37k. Obviously, at that price it’s a total gut job but renovating homes is my passion. This throw would be a great addition to our home that we have been remodeling since Jan. We are in need of pieces to complete the look of our home and in LA we are haven’t been able to hire a decorator yet because everything ends up being triple the price. Hubby and I are in the process of decorating our Master Bedroom in our new house. It is the only for adults only room in the house. Everything else is Kid and Dog Friendly. We are decorating the Master Bedroom with nicer things than the rest of the house and your teal throw would look perfect in the reading nook or at the foot of our bed. It will have to live in our MB though, otherwise it will end up covered in pug hair and/or Hello Kitty stickers! 🙂

Your designs are beautifu! I am finally furnishing my sunroom (have been in my house 5 yrs) and have been looking for a stylish throw. My children like to curl up on the sofa while watching TV and they seem to be cold year-round. I’m decorating the room in blues and white and the blue throw would be a lovely finishing touch. There is nothing like cotton, especially for someone of my age who has sensitive skin issues. I love the green and the teal and would fold one of them at the foot of my bed and cover myself all cozy while reading my favorite novel. I can feel the comfort now.

Summer is full of sunshine and warmth, and allows me to get outside in good weather. I plan to take full advantage of the outside activities and picnics the season and all it has to offer with my COCOCOZY Logo Throw!
