WHEN ONE SMALL BATHROOM GETS A MAKEOVER!

September 25, 2008
  • Share

I love a great bathroom remodel or makeover. Nothing like brightening up an old dreary lavatory and making some new and shiny. Porcelain or glass tile can make all of the difference. Check out today’s small bath remodel in one Los Angeles home in this Cococozy BEFORE & AFTER:

BEFORE Outdated bathroom prior to The Sunset Team/La Kaza Design's remodeling

Before: The 3/4 bath is outdated and blah covered in white tile, white cabinetry and little lighting. It feels closed in and claustrophobic. One window placed high on the wall in the shower is the only source of light. A small space definitely in need of renovation. (above)

AFTER
Small bathroom after The Sunset Team/La Kaza Design's remodeling with light green mosaic tiles on the wall and in the shower, modern concrete floor, floor to ceiling window in the shower, clear frame less glass shower doors and a simple grey cabinet

After: Tah Dah! This once small bathroom feels much larger and is brightened up! An asset now to this Los Angeles house. Small light green mosaic tiles covering the walls and lining the new shower, a modern concrete floor and a simple grey cabinet and above the counter white porcelain sink. A new floor-to-ceiling window in the shower and clear frameless glass shower doors make the space bright and lively. (above)

This small bathroom makeover was done by The Sunset Team’s La Kaza Design group. Many more from La Kaza to come.
