It’s Sunday. I have been up since 6:30a. Went for a 3 mile walk/run and now am back home about to head out again. I have a dinner tonight and lots of stuff to do in between. I am taking one minute at midday to dream. Dream of a sleeping in late on a beautiful white canopy bed. I’ve always wanted a canopy bed. I don’t think my little cottage in the Hollywood Hills would be able accommodate one though. Well shoot. ย I wish I could fit one in my bedroom here. ย There is something so decadent and serene about an all white bed with a grand canopy surrounding it and flowing billowing drape surrounding it. Like being in the clouds…right?
In a perfect world, on a mythical lazy Sunday, I would be curled up, sleeping in late, reading some magazines in a gorgeous comfy canopy bed. Sound good?

P.S. Went to a wonderful late afternoon gathering at my aunt SS and RM’s house yesterday. Was so much fun catching up with everyone. They live in the Hollywood Hills, a stone’s throw from my house…I should visit more often. I love that they serve champagne for a casual afternoon gathering (Veuve Cliquot my fave).
P.P.S. Today, among other things, I am on the hunt for a white dress – a sun dress. Wish me luck!
