Summer might be my favorite season. The warm weather, the stylish fashion, and I think it’s the best time of year to travel. So as we are all preparing for the new season, fashion sales for Memorial Day are starting now. Okay, so some of you might remember this blog post about my Hermès silk scarf from 2009. It was the most popular post on COCOCOZY for years.  I thought about the story earlier this week. I am reposting it below because I thought some of you might enjoy or relate to making a pressure purchase.

I was on a call with the COCOCOZY/Chirpyest team on Monday and we were talking about Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags for no reason on a work call (yes, our work calls do digress to random pop culture and shopping topics). So I brought up this story about my visit to Hermès years ago…and the moment that I went into one of the most luxury stores to buy one thing, almost bought a Birkin and then ended up with something that I still don’t know if I love. Go figure.

So now that over 10 years have gone by and below is that story again and once again with an update at the end on where the scarf is now and I ask you, is this scarf ugly or pretty?
