Was thrilled to wake up today to a trade press article announcing my collaboration with Capel Rugs on the first COCOCOZY Rug Collection of luxury wool Indo Tibetan hand knotted rugs!

Here is the  article from Home Accents Today – a to-the-trade and home furnishings industry publication.

In January, in New York, I debut just 5 rugs at the New York trade show.  Well yesterday, I got photos of all 24 rugs in the collection from the nice DO at Capel.  Here are just a few of the COCOCOZY rugs that you have not yet seen. Am loving all of them…so each day for the next week or so, I’ll sneak peek a few images of the rugs.

I’ll be going to High Point, NC a week from Monday to show the full collection at the Capel showroom there!  Capel is throwing a cocktail party for me and the rugs.  I think people will be more interested in seeing the rugs than me…but am so so so excited!

The first 5 rugs that I showed in January are already on the COCOCOZY Shop site.   The rugs will deliver in late May or June.

The full rug collection will be up on the COCOCOZY shop, the Capel website and in stores around the country very soon!

Please let me know what you think!

Happy Thursday again!

    Congrats Coco!

    So exciting!

Love the colour of the first rug. Can’t wait to see the rest. I’m sure everyone will be just as excited to meet you as seeing your gorgeous rug collection.

I would be more excited to see you x 😉 Love the blog, love your style and what you’ve done with your love for design! I’m currently doing law (if i remember correctly you did too?) but my true love lies with design and hopefully one day I’ll be able to make something of it like you did!

All the best at the launch! x

This Toronto home just redefined “warm modern.” 🤎 This Toronto home just redefined “warm modern.” 🤎
Designer Ashley Montgomery layered reclaimed wood beams, brass hardware, and deep walnut millwork against soft plaster walls, and somehow every single room still feels calm. The olive built-ins in the living room, the arched oak doors, that brass shower enclosure in the primary bath... this is what happens when someone actually commits to a palette.

How much summer can you fit into a few days? ☀️⛵️How much summer can you fit into a few days? ☀️⛵️
I flew from Los Angeles to Nantucket for a very quick trip and I’m planning to find out.
Beautiful beaches, boats, gorgeous interiors, time with friends and one last little dose of August.
Turns out you don’t always need a whole week to feel like you got away. 🤍
So happy to be visiting bestie @francesgfayard and her husband Calvin and my godson Carter for a little last minute end of summer travel. New England at its best. Day 1 was a beautiful day. 🤩
You are not going to feel motivated every day. AndYou are not going to feel motivated every day. And you don’t have to.
Some days you’ll feel inspired and everything seems to click. Other days, you’ll question what you’re doing and wonder if any of it is actually working.
The important thing is not to mistake a slow day for a step backward.
You can keep going even when the motivation isn’t there. Some days, showing up is the progress.
Save this for the days when you need the reminder. 🤍

Some of my favorite travel moments are the ones you don’t plan: the pretty street you turn onto, the café you notice while walking by, the building you stop to look at for no particular reason.
So if you’re planning a Paris trip, don’t fill every hour. Leave room to wander.

So today, I took my work somewhere else. ☕️💻
A little change of scenery, a different view, a few hours away from my usual desk and somehow the workday felt a little lighter.
I’ve found that working somewhere else can be a nice reset when I’m feeling stuck, uninspired, or just too used to the same routine. It’s not necessarily about being more productive; sometimes it’s just about making the day feel different.
A little workday change of scenery with me. 🤍
