It’s Monday and I am having serious NYC withdrawals…I just love that city so much!! While I was in town I saw best of friend AM and it reminded me about our summer in the Hamptons. Her East Hampton dining room is so bright and cheerful even in the fall months. The bright wall to wall windows and sliding glass French doors are some of my favorite details in this room..and then you look at the ground and notice the Saltillo tile floors and those become my favorite details. Don’t you think the floors actually add great warmth to the icy cool blue and white color palette? AM loved the color in this room so much that she actually painted the ceiling a glossy light blue. With the chandelier hanging in this sea of blue it plays up the beach vibes the Hamptons so well.
I loved this room so much that I found pieces for you to recreate this look in your own home…One Kings Lane has some great pieces, for example, these chairs I found are vintage and to be honest, I almost didn’t show you for fear that someone else might buy them before me…

That’s such a gorgeous color scheme! I love how simple and beautiful her dining room is. Thank for sharing!
