Get Inspired: 17 Outdoor Accessories and Decor

On my Instagram, I recently talked about redecorating my outdoor courtyard. I always host dinner parties for friends and family. I love to freshen up the space to give people something to talk about. I’m not doing any drastic changes. My plan is to keep it simple just by swapping out a few plants and accessories.

One of the challenges when it comes to decorating an outdoor space is making sure your outdoor decor is cohesive with your interior decor. It’s important to maintain the flow of your home from indoor to outdoor. Outdoor accessories are an easy trick to make your home look like a professionally styled home. It’s all about the placement of your decor!

My current obsessions are my lanterns. I found these gorgeous vintage white lanterns. They have a distressed ornate look that compliments my home exterior. Shop similar looks below.

I played around with the lanterns. I originally styled them all over the courtyard. It felt too busy. Then I realized I had enough for every. I instantly fell in love!

I pulled together a board of some outdoor furniture and decor to help inspire your outdoor space. Your backyard and patio are great places to host your guests. Spend more time outside. I think we have all spent enough time indoors these last few years.
