interiorsWhen you are looking for kitchen inspiration there are only a few design styles that are timeless. One of those design styles is the classic white marble kitchen. Some designers have become opposed to replicating another white kitchen. However, if you’re looking to elevate your space and don’t have a budget to remodel your kitchen every five to ten years, then a classic white marble kitchen is your safest choice.
While on a deep dive for the perfect white marble kitchen I found Hanne Gathe’s design. It has a European twist that I think is worth sharing. It’s not your average white kitchen. It features soft neutral hues and a juxtaposition of old and new. I love a balance of modern and vintage design. That reminds me… I haven’t gone on a hunt for vintage pieces and antiques in a while. I always love discovering new vintage pieces.
The full view from the living room features unique pieces of furniture, which compliments the minimal kitchen.
Here’s a close-up of the beautiful marble backsplash. Garthe chose gold fixtures to add contrast to the clean color palette. She wanted to add some luxurious elements to take the kitchen to the next level.
