GREEN AND YELLOW HUES BRIGHTEN UP THE DAY!

May 18, 2010
  • Share

Modern living room with green dueling armchairs, a chrome donut-like coffee table, graphic green rug and a white sofa with green and yellow accent pillows

I like this modern living room decor. The green and yellow hues, the geometric lines, the white sofa with green trim and the cool modern chrome and glass donut-like coffee table.

It is gloomy and rainy here in Los Angeles again today. This room brightens things up a bit.

Running off to work!

Have a good one.

Don’t feel too bad it is gloomy up in Northern Calif also. Good day to snug in and think creative thoughts. Love yellow and green together, it makes me smile, Happy Tuesday,Kathysue

Gloomy here in Utah too, so I appreciate the cheerful yellow & green palette as well.

Where to start in this room. Rug, coffee table, artwork, pillows. It’s a bright and cheery room for this gloomy Vancouver day.

Oh so gorgeous. Reminds me a little of a Jonathan Adler interior. Chic, mod, and colorful — just my taste!

LOVE the sofa and art on the wall. I do have to say that the reflection of the rug in the beautiful table would make me dizzy. Separately, they are both wonderful.

Took some serious searching, but the coffee table is by designers Mattia Bonetti and Elizabeth Garouste. They only produced 30 of the “Ring” table in 2000 for David Gill Ltd., UK in London. If you want one, you’ll need about $65k and an owner willing to let one go.

They also created similar tables, titled “Miami” and “Tokyo”, both in 2010 and each had a limited run of 20.
