Description from the developers website:
“… ground up restoration and expansion of a 1920’s Spanish Revival bungalow in Hancock Park, CA. The development pays respect to vintage details while providing a more open modern floor plan and a backyard oasis complete with pool and spa. Located walking distance from some of Los Angeles’ premier dining options”
What do you like about this little California Spanish bungalow? My favorite part is the fireplace in the living room. Note to self: Remember to make the fireplace in your new home a design focal point.

Hi Kelly, I agree with you! Love Hancock Park.
LOVE this…
When I moved to Santa Barbara 7 years ago from CT, I rented a furnished condo while I searched for a house. I knew I wanted a place with indoor outdoor living spaces and a whole lot of light. After 9 months of searching, I was so tired of the dark condo and ready to settle for something that had a lot of potential, but was over budget and would have taken decades to fix up. I’m so glad that didn’t work out because I found the perfect house for us…a renovated 50’s ranch full of beautiful CA light! So hang in there. You will know when it is right.
Hi! Do you know the green paint color used in the kitchen please?
