How to Go Glamping This Fall

I’ve been looking up fun outdoor activities for fall. Recently, I started working out again with a great personal trainer. Some of you have probably seen my workouts on my Instagram stories. Really enjoying the weight training.  On off days, I go for a walk up Runyon Canyon here in L.A.  I have never been a huge hiker or camper but thought it might be nice to mix things up on the workout with some real outdoorsy options. So I started thinking about other outdoor physical activities that I can do. Then it dawned on me.  Fly fishing. No.  Rock climbing. No.  Moutaineering. No. Trekking. No.  Moountain biking. No.  What about glamping?

What is Glamping?

Glamping is a combination of the words “glamorous” and “camping.” It is the perfect balance of modern luxury and camping – with no physical exertion required (my trainer would be disappointed in me for celebrating inertia). For those who don’t love the idea of being out in nature, glamping might be the right option for you. There are many different places to glamp across the USA. Popular locations include Colorado, Vermont, California, and New York. Grab your closest group of girlfriends and plan a fun weekend getaway. Step outside and enjoy nature with a modern twist.
