The American Institute of Architects Los Angeles (AIA/LA) is holding the second half of the Spring Home Tour. The self guided tour will take visitors inside modern residences of the tony beach community of Santa Monica. The AIA says: “From a hyperbolic parabloid that draws from its surroundings to a fabulous prefab that experiments with spatial dimension and construction, each of the homes featured on this tour are living examples dynamic architecture on the leading edge of the 20th century.”
