Here’s what I like…the matte finish rustic wood floors, the deck with built in seating, the large windows and of course, the right-on top of the ocean views! (Would have to live with my hair in a bun though because I would be in a constant state of frizz with this house).

Typically, I saw I would change all of the furnishings in a home. I could work with this simple neutral palette. Wonder if they would throw in the furniture too? I would work with it for the first summer.
