Napa home tour day on COCOCOZY! Woohooo. Today, I bring you a comparison between two Napa Valley, California multi million dollar estates – one modern the other traditional.
Traditional Wine Country Estate – The first home is located in Calistoga and is listed at $32 million! 5 bedrooms, 12 baths in 22,000 square feet on 640 acres of land.
Modern St. Helena – Whitehall Estate – The second home is listed for $38 million and has 7 bedrooms and 10 baths in 6500 square feet.
The two homes couldn’t be more different. One sleek, minimalist and modern, the other created in the style of an Austrian country villa.
Here is a room by room comparison of two multi million dollar real estate listings in the heart of the California wine country. You decide!

I like the modern one better all though I feel it could still be warmed up a bit more. The traditional home just seemed a bit stuffy. Just my humble opinion. 🙂
