Last week I shared this mountain house kitchen from Studio McGee and I just continue to come back to this modern mountain living room next to the kitchen…you guys this is not my everyday style but with the holidays around the corner I love the idea of a mountain house for the holidays, complete with the deer antlers! Can’t you picture this house decorated with green garland and gold and silver ornaments placed just so…okay I’m projecting my own holiday decor ideas because I currently don’t have my own home to decorate (more on that later).
This modern mountain living room incorporates so many ‘must-haves’ in one space, the mix of leather and cow-hide, fabric and stone, nuetrals and a pop of blue in the pillows…which are so easy to switch out depending on the season. It’s open and bright with clean lines and exposed wooden beams and fun ecclectic pieces like the wooden chandelier and antlers hung on the wall….may have just convinced myself to start a brand new house hunt for something in the mountains!

Not crazy about where the TV is placed. Love all the natural lighting!
I love the minimalism of this space. Sense of immense freedom. xo Mary
wow nice interior i like the chandelier!
Love the bright design and modern look!
Great costume furniture
I love the pops of subtle colour! The chandelier is amazing as well, it is the perfect size for the open ceiling.
Hi, can you tell me how long is the whole room? Lovely design 🙂
