The New York City duplex apartment at One Beacon Court is apparently owned by hedge fund banker type Steven Cohen…he listed the apartment for sale after buying a $60 million dollar Hamptons home a few years ago. This 4 bedroom, 6 bath, 9000 square foot apartment has had a few price markdowns over the year and a half..So for all intense and purposes it is a bargain!
Best of friend AM lives in NYC with her family…wonder if she would want it…wondering?? Or might ping my dear friends A.Ro and C.J. to see if they would like to take a look. 🙂 Hmmmm…
Love the floor to ceiling windows and the lovely city views. Don’t know how many people have $82 million to spend on a house but if they do…they could score with this modern marvel of a home!
Would you buy it if you had $82 million to spare? I would need an extra million for curtains or window coverings…then I would take it.
Happy Thursday!

Not my taste! I’ll have to keep looking. Thanks for the fun. Mary
Yes, I would buy it if I had $82 million. Those windows create a view which makes you feel you’re floating in the air above the city or you’re suspended on a platform form the sky. Wonderful view, and you can also see Central Park. 🙂
