Spring time is here! Not that I’ve seen much of a weather change here in sunny Los Angeles (winter, where were you?!), but what I have seen is a surge of crisp whites and gorgeous pastels! So much so, that the Seven today features pastels in all shapes and sizes. The key to embracing a pastel color palette rather than running from it is to make it an accent color in your design, whether in fashion or home interiors. So, which look will you try this spring??
- Nail Polish
Pastel Hues like these are a Gorgeous accent to a spring outfit! - Art Prints
Our team loves Rifle Paper Co. and we think this blush print is great for the office or bedroom! 3. Pretty Front Doors
Pink Mid Century Modern Home Design in Palm Springs..what more do you need? 4. Pastel Kitchen Appliances
Kitchen Aids Mixers are the perfect place to add a pop of color in your kitchen! We love the metallic pop too..maybe for next week’s Seven! 5. Chairs – remember this post from our girl VS about office inspiration? The Eames chair really is the perfect desk or dining chair and adds in the right amount of color without taking over the entire design of a space.
Love this icy blue color! 6. Ice Cream – so many boutique ice cream shops here in LA have fabulous, organic ice creams like mint, grapefruit and even lavender and they make the perfect pastel collection! If you ever find yourself in LA, be sure to check out Carmela and Sweet Rose Creamery!
Dessert for breakfast is perfectly acceptable right?? 7. Santorini, Greece. VS and DS are trying to convince me that this should be our team meeting spot 🙂
