This fabric above is straight from Paris. Good friend AM dove into a shop in the Marais area of Paris with hubby JE and found this fabric…she pondered and thought and mused over it for about 1o minutes but didn’t buy it…I wonder if she regrets it now…not seizing the day on this beautiful fabric (the hefty price tag of nearly $750USD might have rightfully deterred her a bit)…I don’t think she does. AM?

Red and white faux coral from Z Gallerie
Z Gallerie – Red & White Faux Coral – $39.95 large, $16.95 small (above)

Anyway, that sums it up on red and white for now…

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT YOUR RED & WHITE FURNITURE FAVORITES…

Some of my favorite travel moments are the ones you don’t plan: the pretty street you turn onto, the café you notice while walking by, the building you stop to look at for no particular reason.
So if you’re planning a Paris trip, don’t fill every hour. Leave room to wander.

So today, I took my work somewhere else. ☕️💻
A little change of scenery, a different view, a few hours away from my usual desk and somehow the workday felt a little lighter.
I’ve found that working somewhere else can be a nice reset when I’m feeling stuck, uninspired, or just too used to the same routine. It’s not necessarily about being more productive; sometimes it’s just about making the day feel different.
A little workday change of scenery with me. 🤍
Would you take your work somewhere else for the day?

A great parquet floor doesn’t just ground a room. A great parquet floor doesn’t just ground a room. It tells you everything about the history of the space. The patina, the pattern, the way light moves across it. These are the rooms that prove good bones never go out of style.
What’s your favorite parquet pattern?

Designer Emma Donnersberg took her own Paris apartment in the 7th arrondissement and used it to rewrite the rules — classical bones, contemporary everything else. Her Wave Sofa and U&Me Table anchor the living room in organic curves. In the kitchen, a green ceramic-wrapped island does the heavy lifting for color against all that neutral stone. And the dining room? A Carrara travertine fireplace that turns stone into the whole point of the room.
Curved, curated, and completely hers. 🤍
Save this for your next renovation moodboard.
