A million dollar view from the bright airy main sitting room in a Paris apartment. (above) |
Ah Paris.
This SEE THIS HOUSE is for my mother. She loves Paris. She spends two to three months there every summer. For my short 3 day vacation, I went to Nantucket instead of Paris this summer. Next summer, I am adding Paris back into the mix.
So today I bring you a two story $5.4 million dollar apartment, with approximately 2100 square feet, 2 sitting rooms, 2 bedrooms, a balcony and a second floor office all within a short distance from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.
Not bad. Right? Love the staircase in the foyer leading to a 2nd floor office.
Take a look.

What do you think of this Parisian pied-a-terre? Would you take or leave as your second home away from home? Would you chose Paris for an international abode…or elsewhere? Do tell.
I think the dining room needs a redo definitely and would change some of the furnishings in the sitting rooms but the large windows in are amazing and some of the very French details like the iron stair railing and the front door with the decorative molding really work. I would take it.
Happy Wednesday!

P.S. COCOCOZY PRESS UPDATE: Was at Boston Logan Airport late last week on the way to Nantucket and I happened to pick up the September 2012 issue of Traditional Home Magazine. Was thrilled to see a blurb on COCOCOZY pillows in the market section of the magazine! Such a cute write up and pictures of our Quatrefoil Dark Red Reverse, COCOCOZY Logo Gray and Arch Navy Reverse linen pillows. Woohooo. Thank you to Traditional Home’s Krissa and Clara for the nice feature! Also, thanks to Amanda and Stephanie too! Here it is!

Ditto!
I’d be crazy to not want to live in that perfect pied-a-terre! Paris is my ideal destination and to make it my (vacation) home would be indescribable. I wouldn’t change a thing!

My dream home. Your mom is on the right track. I could easily do Paris for 2-3 months per year! As for the Pied a Terre, it needs color and more art! I’d love to curate for a home like this!!!
WOW this is beautiful! Congrats on the Trad Home feature! Well deserved!
Coco I love this space light bright gorgeous!
