SEE WHY THIS HOUSE RENTS FOR UP TO $250,000 A MONTH!

December 6, 2012
  • Share
living room in the Hamptons with a grand piano, wood floor, floor length glass windows and door, white couches and lucite coffee table and accent tables and a stone fireplace

A modern home for rent! This one is 8300 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 11 baths in the Hamptons. The house has a large chefs kitchen, private theater, wine cellar, game room, pool, sauna and more.

According to the Sotheby’s listing and to the realtor, the house can rent for up to $250K dollars during the month of August! Apparently August is prime rental season in Hamptons. During off season, I’m told a house like this would rent for significantly less.

Anyhooo….I like it for a rental. Would be easy to move in for a few months…price tag would be a bit challenging. 🙂

Take a look!

foyer in the Hamptons with wood floors and woven chevron rug
den in the Hamptons with wall sized book shelf, white sofas, wood floors and a glass coffee table
Open kitchen with red stools, wood floor, marble island counter tops, a wood table, chandelier and large windows overlooking a backyard with a pool
Bedroom with white bed, surrounded by large windows with floor length white curtains overlooking the backyard with a pool

What do you think of this high end rental? If you had $250K to spend
for monthly rent, would you consider this little ol’ place?

Happy Thursday!

P.S. Had a nice dinner at Catch at Catch at Casa del Mar last night. Was with good friends Linda Koones (she is the fabulous editor of Ventura Blvd magazine) and friend Ballantines PR head Sarah Robarts! It was a fabulous dinner. I tweeted a few photos on COCOCOZY Twitter last night. I was so happy to see my good friends. They are both awesome.

P.P.S. My DELL computer is not working again…ARGGGHHHHHH…so I couldn’t upload the other photos I took to show here! Arghhhhhh…DELL is slowly pushing me towards making that change to Apple. Not something I want to do…but now with a 3 month old computer already not working DELL is pushing me over the edge! ARGGGHHHHHH! I digress…of course. Anyway, the meal was wonderful. We even got to meet chef Sven Mede…who is awesome. I may be getting a cooking lesson from him soon and I’ll share that with you on the blog!

P.P.P.S. Was also going to give you a sneak peek of the new COCOCOZY collection textiles, but that is trapped on my camera too.

P.P.P.P.S. Our Limited Edition COCOCOZY Logo Lucite Trays are selling out! Very exciting that you all will have a little COCOCOZY to give as gifts for the holiday! We only have a few left as of right now. After I posted this morning, people have been ordering them up!

P.P.P.P.P.S. On a positive note, hope you have a fantastic day!

Am trying to picture who would have that kind of money and why they wouldn’t just have their own Hamptons home. Right? It’s lovely, though extremely over-priced. It would have to come with a helicopter, butler, private chef (and organic meals and champagne included!) for me to begin to understand why anyone would pay that. Nicely decorated, though. 🙂

I can’t imagine spending that kind of money on a house that looks that boring!

Behind-the-scenes: Fun work trip to visit the COCOBehind-the-scenes: Fun work trip to visit the COCOCOZY bedding collection at the Welspun showroom in New York. Met with some buyers, had a fun time with the Welspun team, then capped off the weekend with a visit with friends. It is a long process to get bedding in stores across the country...showing the collections at textiles market is one of the first steps!
If you're interested in learning how I have gotten @cococozy products into stores around the country over the years including in major retailers...follow along...just one entrepreneur's journey. :)

Today is my birthday but...I don’t want to celeb Today is my birthday but...I don’t want to celebrate...I want to help.
I want to make a meaningful impact in our greater Los Angeles community suffering from the fires. I invite you to join me in transforming birthday wishes into support for one local organization on the ground in Pasadena/Altadena.
I have made a contribution today already to the LA Fire Relief Fund created by @victorybiblechurch in Pasadena. They are actively assisting families in need in both Pasadena and Altadena who have been affected by the devastating Eaton Fire.
Although I don't have a personal connection to Pastor DeCuir or the church, I was searching for an organization that is helping in the Altadena area. A well respected civil rights attorney I follow @leemerrittesq is on the ground helping the church members and community members with legal services in the wake of the fires. I hope by contributing to their efforts, we can extend a helping hand to those facing significant challenges during this difficult time
To donate, please visit their website at https://vbcpasadena.org/ (link in bio as well). Every contribution, no matter the size, brings hope and relief to those who need it most. Tell them you heard about them from me.
Your generosity to the Los Angeles community is the best birthday gift I could ask for.

Happy New Year! 🎉✨ As we step into this freshHappy New Year! 🎉✨ As we step into this fresh chapter, I’m reminded of the beauty of starting anew and I like recommitting to goals at the top of the year. Nothing set in stone but just an overall vision of what I'd like to do and who I would hope to help along the way.
This year, my mantra is: **dream big, act boldly, treasure the small joys, continue to lead with kindness and to have as much empathy as possible for others **. Just a few things...😂
I’m also deeply committed to helping people who follow along to achieve their dreams. I'll be curating captivating interior design inspiration with COCOCOZY that will hopefully give you ideas and dreams for your own space. I will also be empowering you to realize the value of your influence with Chirpyest by earning cash back for sharing and shopping. I hope to be open about the journey of the COCOCOZY product line. I want to share real time behind the scenes how the line is being built and how we are growing Chirpyest; both examples of the not so linear journey of building businesses from the ground up. I hope these stories spark you to push your own boundaries and shake out of your comfort zones.
Lastly, in 2025, I’m committed to surrounding myself with people who have a positive vibe about them while striving to be that same light for others. Luckily, I have a great start on this with an amazing family and fantastic group of friends - a fantastic support network.
My wish for you in 2025: May this year bring you clarity, courage, and the confidence to pursue all that makes you happy.
What’s one thing you’re committing to in 2025? Let’s inspire each other in the comments! 💬❤️
Let's get to this...am ready 2025!
