Perfecting the minimalist decor look is hard. I’ve redecorated my living room a handful of times. Trying to find the right balance and get the minimalist style is a challenge.  Especially, if you’re not exactly sure what you need and don’t need. The key is finding the right decor that compliments your space. Take a step back and look at the room that you want to redesign. What can you keep? What can you remove? Minimalism is about decorating with the bare essentials. Get rid of your clutter. Start with a fresh eye to find the true star of your room. Is it your fireplace? Is it your window? Design your room around your favorite pieces. Let the furniture be the stars of your living room. Here are 25 Minimalist Furniture and Decor items to help get you started.

And in case you didn’t know… Lulu & Georgia is having a friends and family sale. Get 25% off your purchase with code: FRIENDS25. And Chirpyest members will earn an additional 5% cash back from their purchase. That’s over 30% in savings! If you’re looking to splurge on minimalist furniture then now is your chance!

Low light. Lacquered walls. A kitchen wrapped in hand-patinated brass. An antique mirrored bath with painted bamboo panels. A bedroom in floor-to-ceiling leopard print that somehow feels calm. Maximalism that whispers.
