So, I got an email from a COCOCOZY reader the other day asking if I could feature homes that we all can afford instead of just showing the high end multi million dollar real estate listings. Well, I looked, and I looked, and I looked and I looked the other night… I tried to narrow the search to the Los Angeles market at under a million dollars, but I couldn’t find anything that I wanted to post, it is not that there are not a lot of cute homes on the market. It is that for some reason they are not all photographed that well. When I post a home or photograph, I look for something inspirational and aspirational. If you all have any real estate listings of really pretty homes you want to send me from your areas, then send them to me and I will consider posting.
So late late the other night after my exhaustive search for about 2 hours of normal priced homes and while watching my favorite old school girl power surf movie Blue Crush with TE falling asleep next to me, I found this wonderful $15 million dollar San Francisco estate listed by Sotheby’s Realty.
It is all about the views in this multimillion dollar real estate listing in the tony Pacific Heights area of San Fran. 4 stories, 7100 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, an upper floor terrace with spectacular views of the San Francisco bay.
