Can anyone else believe we’re almost into September?? I mean, personally, I cannot wait to pull out the tights and boots and dresses again…I told you I would wear those pieces year round if it was socially acceptable and I still stand by that statement…but what’s even more incredible to me is how quickly we go from talking about European summer vacations and summer Fridays, maybe leaving the office early to grab a glass of rosé with the girls, to the routine of the fall…it’s too soon!
If you follow me on Instagram @cococozy or Snapchat @cococozyblog, you know recently I’ve been perusing some open houses on the weekends for some inspiration and it has sparked a fascination into which kitchen designs I like best. I’ve rounded up 7 u-shape kitchens first…the jury is still out on which layout I really prefer but the u-shape is high on the list…maybe because it works so well in both a small space or an open floor plan. It keeps all of the kitchen ‘necessities’ close to one another and then allows for a natural breakfast bar that can either have bar stools or a complete breakfast nook if you have the room.
What do you think? Do you like or love the u-shape kitchen design?
This contrast of colors in the black and white kitchen above caught my eye right away…remember last week when I showed you some great black countertops…adding this one to the list!

U-shape kitchen is such a genius invention. I can fit in a lot of stuff in rather small space. I love the kitchen photo with the exposed beams. Looks gorgeous.
