$75 MILLION DOLLAR NYC PENTHOUSE – SEE THIS HOUSE

Living room in a NYC penthouse with a view of the city

6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 partial baths in 8,274 square feet of interior space with spectacular Central Park views, this New York City penthouse is listed for a mere $75 million dollars by Sotheby’s International Real Estate.

This multi million dollar real estate listing was recently gutted, renovated and redesigned by prestigious NYC interior designer Tony Ingrao.  It takes up the entire top floor of the Time Warner Center Building right in the heart of Manhattan.  High ceilings, media room, laundry center, informal dining room and a smart house system that controls lighting, heating, entertainment systems and window coverings.  This manse in the sky seems to have it all.

Now the question is…if I had $75 million to spare…would I buy this?  Let me think….

So would you take it or leave it?

I think I would take it if given to me. I may want to spend the $75 million on a few properties if I had to pay for it myself. Thinking though…who knows.

Happy Tuesday!

Really, that’s what a $75 million home looks like? I find that hard to believe. I’d want something better than a condo for $75 million.

whoah. I’d leave it. as much as i’d ooh and ahh over it. I’m much more of a minimalist. I mean, who really needs all that?! crazy.

Hmm… I think I’d pass too. While I am crazy about it, I’d rather save a few mil because I’d never need 6 bedrooms.

The dining table and chairs are spectacular. I would like to purchase them. Where can I locate them?

This 300m² Haussmannian duplex in central Paris wa This 300m² Haussmannian duplex in central Paris was designed to function as both a home and a gallery and the distinction between the two is impossible to find.
Every room treats art and objects with the same weight as furniture, nothing is decorative for its own sake, everything is placed with intention.
The Haussmannian bones, ornate cornicing, herringbone parquet, original stained glass ceiling, stay intact throughout. Natural and handcrafted materials do the rest.

So proud of my dear friend Kristi Bender and her b So proud of my dear friend Kristi Bender and her business partner Wendy Schwartz on the launch of Petal Promenade for @cuff_studio. 👏
This new collection feels like such a beautiful evolution. Inspired by their Manhattan Flower District showroom, it brings together the romance of classic decorative arts with a fresh, modern perspective in a way that feels bold, artistic, and incredibly thoughtful.
If you are attending ICFF 2026, make sure to stop by Booth W1048 and experience Petal Promenade in person. Congratulations, Kristi and Wendy. This collection is truly something special. ✨
