It is BATH WEEK. Hope you enjoy it!

Well today it’s about white baths. As mentioned, I love simple, no frills, white bathrooms. Some might call my vision boring. What you see here though is that white baths do not have to be boring at all. Here are a few where the walls do all of the stylish talking.

Powder room with Farrow & Ball's Rosslyn wallpaper and an onyx countertop on the ebony vanity sink

Farrow & Ball’s Rosslyn wallpaper graces the walls of this lovely traditional powder room. The onyx countertop on the ebony vanity sink picks up the subtle golden hues in the room. (above)

White bathroom with large marble field tiles on the wall and square floor tiles arranged in a harlequin pattern

Marble, marble and more marble. Large marble field tiles on the wall and square floor tiles arranged in a demure harlequin pattern on the floor make for a sophisticated and rich looking white bath. (above)

Powder room with round mirror and paneled walls

Love this little powder room with this interesting paneled wall. (above)

Bathroom with neutral brocade wallpaper and modern sink and bath accents

A neutral brocade wallpaper softens the lines of the modern sink and bath accents. (above)

Master bathroom with a picture window opening to the master suite with floor to ceiling subway tiles

A picture window opens this bath onto the master suite. Floor to ceiling subway tiles create a classic and chic look. (above)

Small bathroom with round tile floor and forest patterned white and grey wallpaper

Dramatic forest patterned white and grey wallpaper steals the show in this small bathroom. (above)

Modern bathroom with silver metallic wallpaper and a lotus pendant light

Chic silver metallic wallpaper and a lotus pendant light are all that’s needed to give this bath an aura of modern elegance. (above)

Which of these baths is your favorite?

The sweet powder room with wood panel walls, very nice. Round mirror breaks it up nicely.

The “brocade wallpaper bathrm” is my fav cause its shows ingenuity and how simple a gorgeous bathrm could be, basic requirement: a sink then add a pic rail, add either sconces or even freestanding lite fixtures and any mirror you desire!

Did you know one Sunday a month, the Champs-ÉlyséeDid you know one Sunday a month, the Champs-Élysées closes to traffic entirely?
No cars. Just people, walking straight down the center with the Arc de Triomphe ahead. Then I walked home over The Seine. It had just rained, and the sky was doing something extraordinary. And of course, the Eiffel Tower showed up right on cue.
Paris on a quiet Sunday is something else. 🖤
