Since I started to design my COCOCOZY x Welspun collection, I started thinking about different bathroom styles. Did you know the most common bathroom style is a full bath layout? According to the BHG, a 9×5-foot bathroom is one of the most popular designs in a home. So when it comes to designing a bathroom it’s important to incorporate timeless details that also emulate your personal style. My aesthetic for the COCOCOZY Design House was clean and timeless. However, I know that’s not everyone else’s design style. So I went on the hunt to find different interior designers’ take on a timeless primary bathroom design. I spent a few days scrolling the internet and Instagram to find unique bathroom designs that have timeless elements.

I adore charming cottage renovations. Mainly, because I lived in a small cottage in Los Angeles. So when I see a uniquely renovated cottage it piques my interest. I discovered this lovely home in House & Garden. This pale stone cottage, with its charming turrets and gables inspired by Scottish castles, has undergone a remarkable renovation that seamlessly blends history with modern design. Influenced by her Norwegian roots and years in Portugal, the current owner has transformed this cottage into a practical yet aesthetically pleasing home for her family. Each room has intricate details using vintage materials and elegant wallpapers. The owner collaborated with Gloucestershire-based architect Christian Fleming to help expand the property to fit her four children comfortably. The 16th-century cottage feels like it came from a fairytale. Scroll below to see the rest of the home.
Take a peak inside a beautiful Greek revival farmhouse. The home is located in Pawling, New York, and was originally built in the 1860s. The home renovation focused on giving the space a modern upgrade while preserving the charm of the old farmhouse. Interior designer, Nina Garbiras, founder of New York–based design studio FIG, took on this project to help create a modern farmhouse that is both visually appealing and functional for their clients. Today’s blog is about the farmhouse mudroom design. Take a tour of the room.

The property is located at 1045 Cold Spring Road. The mansion was renovated by Marc Appleton, William Heffner, and Alex Clyne. This estate has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom on a 0.76-acre property and has a total gross area of roughly 5,958 square feet. The front exterior is what caught my attention.
