home It’s Friday. For some reason it feels like a Monday. I have so much to do! In back to back to back to back meetings all day and have a million questions and projects I am working on. I thought Friday was supposed to be the day you wore casual clothes to work and you wrapped up everything from the week and got started on planning for the next. Organized, reflective, strategic and casual is what I hoped Friday would be (and with a little weekend dreaming in the mix). Not mine. It will be a frantic dash from here and there. My Friday is a Monday kind of Friday!
With that said, I began the week on Monday with a luxury home tour here on the blog – it was a multimillion dollar real estate listing mansion tour. For pure symmetry and because today already feels like Monday did, I’ll end the week with another house tour. This time a million dollar listing in Paris. As many of you know, my mother rents the same lovely Parisian apartment every year and I try to visit for at least a few days. So today, in the middle of everything, I am thinking of summer in the back of my mind and Paris.
Here is another beautiful Paris apartment house tour for you to contemplate!

home This weekend I was house hunting again. This time I ended up on the east side of town in hills of Los Feliz, Larchmont Village and Hancock Park. I have no focus area in my search for a new house…I think I could live anywhere. First I thought west side of Los Angeles only, now who knows! Watch my instastories @cococozy on Instagram to see the houses I toured this weekend.
Connecticut Mansion
Today, I bring you a house tour of a classic Connecticut mansion that was recently reduced in price! This real estate listing is for all of you East Coast readers! 110 Clapboard Ridge Road in Greenwich, CT is a nearly 17,000 square foot Georgian style home that was first listed a few years ago for $35 million dollars but has now been reduced to $29 million. Not at all in my price range and a little too traditional for me but I love house touring so I thought why not this one? What I like about it is the exterior and the over 5 acres it sits on. Take the tour…I even found a video of it…and let me know what you think…
home No fear of pattern, print and color in this whimsical East Hampton home I bring you today. This one is from Anna Burke Interiors. We showed you the marvelous tile kitchen backsplash last week from this seemingly summer house. Now here is the rest of it.
Every single trick in a designer’s playbook is used in this home from grass cloth wallpaper to custom window coverings to bold lighting and art. If you like pattern and color…this all works – a fun cheerful space with lots of cottage charm.
Take a peek…

home Spotted this pretty monochromatic summer house in Auckland. The perfect mix of neutral colors – greys, black, whites, tans and a boho vibe. My kind of beach house. Only problem it is all the way in New Zealand! My friend is going to New Zealand next week…maybe he can find this house and bring it back for me?? Has anyone ever attempted to import a whole house. Will have the COCOCOZY team look into this as an option.
Anyhooooo….here is a tour…
home If you follow COCOCOZY on instagram @cococozy, you know real estate is on my mind big time lately. This weekend on instagram I gave everyone a glimpse into my world as I continue my hunt for my next little house here in Los Angeles. I have been searching for some time and frankly I am all over the place in what I am looking for in a new home. One weekend it is a fixer, the next weekend something completely done…sometimes it is Spanish then it is a California bungalow. Sometimes I think the beach, other times I am looking in the hills. My real estate search lacks any kind of focus on my part!
Speaking of lack of focus, today, I am taking a fantasy break from my real house hunt here in Los Angeles, to go on a multi million dollar search in the New York area. First stop, this $29 million Hamptons retreat named “Tower House” in Southampton. A summer dream house tour…
home Today a I bring you a stunner – a lovely house tour of a Lyon, France apartment. My dream apartment. Owned by Pierre Emmanuel Martin and Stéphane Garotin of Lyonnaise furniture store Maison-Hand, this 19th century flat is the epitome of French style. High ceilings, cool light grey walls, decorative molding and a mix of spectacular chevron, herringbone and parquet wood floors…dream dream dream.
Take a look…would you live here?
home Happened upon this stunning industrial apartment in Spain with concrete walls! Yes. Concrete walls! Very modern and masculine – all grey. Not quite my style but thought the concept was so interesting that I had to share. Designed by Katty Schiebeck, this small loft in Barcelona is a must see for the architecturally curious! This one is the complete opposite of the bright fresh bohomian living room I posted yesterday…but I think I like this too.
I imagine some sleek very urban very modern man living in here. Who could you imagine living in a home with concrete walls. Take a look.
home My business coach (yes I have a business coach) says that I should put my house hunt on hold and focus on a few other things right now. As most of you know, I have been hunting for a house here in Los Angeles for a bit. I have searched high and low, from the hills to the beach and have not found anything I quite like. I am looking for a place with charm and lots of potential. The problem with being a home design blogger is nothing seems to be good enough. Do I want cozy or big, city or hills, beach or Sunset Strip. Arghhhhh choices choices…
Happened upon this little remodeled California Spanish bungalow and I thought “this is cute”. What if I just got a cute charming little house, painted the walls white, opened up some windows and called it a day? Home is where the heart is after all…right? Anyhooo…today I bring you a cute little bungalow house tour…
