Comfortable Chic House Tour COCOCOZY

Day 2 in NY and I am in heaven…the hustle of the city makes me excited about what’s in store for this little company I started all those years ago…bursting from the seams over here at what’s happening for us and what I get to share with you soon.

I found this C U T E house recently…seriously on an Aussie kick this week. Photographer Prue Roscoe shared photos from The Hermitage waterfront home and I just can’t believe how this home completely embodies that comfortable chic look that I love. Steel windows, rich wood floors, herringbone tile, grand kitchen island, the list really goes on and on of my ‘favorites’ in this chic home. Hess Hoen designed this renovation and I think they did just a fabulous job….it would be so fun to actual visit Australia on a design trip don’t you think? The colors, the materials, the backdrop, all of it perfectly complimenting one another…now if only I could find a home like this in Venice Beach!
