Am in New Oleans again! Visiting godson CGF, best friend FF and her dear husband CCF. I come to town this time every year to wish the family happy holidays and to attend their fabulous and elegant holiday party.
I am sitting in the library right now just hours before the big event. The house is bustling. Party planning is in full swing. Extraordinary event planner Delaney Todd Bagwell is overseeing the preparations for almost 250 guests and all of the holiday decor!
Over the next few posts I’ll take you through the holiday decor at CCF’s and FF’s wonderful historic home…and maybe you’ll get an idea or two for your holiday designs!
Did I mention the kids’ party that is happening here at the house today too? There will be over 50 children partaking in Santa, face painting, cookie decorating, magician watching, caricture posing and more!
Have to go get dressed for that now!

That tree is beautiful, I couldn’t see the detail of some of her decorations though, you should take some close up pics of them and post them for nosy folks like me!:)
