I love so many of the spaces imagined by fab interior designer Christina Murphy! In the last month or two, I’ve returned to her site again and again for inspiration and ideas to bring to you.

Here is another. A cute study in a NYC apartment. Love this small space. It looks comfy, functional and stylish. The color combination of pink brown and white works really well too. A design trifecta!

Anyhooo, so now that I’ve admired and obsessed over Christina’s work…now it is time to imitate it (highest form of flattery right?). That brings us to today’s DESIGNER ROOM RECREATE!

The Structube desk is awesome! I actually saw a desk similar to Structube’s at HAUS furniture in Los Angeles. They have tons of modern, comfortable furniture. I think the price as HAUS was $100 less than the Structube as well. Just putting out there, since its a more affordable alternative.

Love that mix and can I just say the white piping edge on those sofas make it. Perfect and great inspiration.

I love this inspiration room! The color brown, on its own, does not seem very “inspiring”. ha. However, when combined with other colors, brown truly comes alive as amazing neutral! Thanks for sharing your room recreation! Your blog is fabtastic!

I have never been a big fan of brown but I have to admit that I love that sofa with the patterned and pink pillows. Love the Meurice Square table lamp too.
